A distributor who knows their stock figure is wrong. A school that finds out about fee arrears when the term has ended. A retailer whose best enquiries arrive at 9 p.m. and are answered at 10 a.m. None of these are strategy problems. They are systems problems, and they are solvable with software that was designed for how business is actually done here.
That is the whole of our purpose. We build the systems companies run on, we make them work with the payment rails and the reporting rules that exist in this country, and we put AI in the places where it removes work rather than in the places where it demonstrates that we own some.

A number before the work, not after it
You get a written scope with a fixed price and fixed dates before anything is built. If the scope changes, you approve the change and its cost before we act on it.
If we quote it wrong, that is our problem to absorb.

We say no to work we should not take
If an off-the-shelf product would serve you better than something we would build, we will tell you, including when the product is not ours.
We have turned down work for this reason and will again.

A named person, not a support address
Every client has a person who knows their system, reachable on WhatsApp. Escalation goes up, never sideways into a queue.
You will not be asked to raise a ticket to get an answer.

Your data is yours
Full export on request, in a standard format, at any time — including if you are leaving us. It is in the contract rather than in a conversation.

Data residency, ownership, security and exit, answered once for every product and service we deliver.
Where is our data stored, and who can access it?
On managed Postgres infrastructure with daily backups, in the hosting region stated in writing in your scope. Access is enforced in the database itself, not only in the screens: your team sees your records, and our staff only with your authorisation. Zimbabwe Data Protection Act obligations are covered in the data processing agreement.
Who owns the code, the content and the credentials?
You do. Custom code, the database and the deployment transfer on final payment; content and data are yours from the first day. Integrations use service accounts scoped to exactly what the job needs, held in your name and revocable at any time. Augustus AI itself is licensed for the term of the subscription.
What happens if we stop working together?
Guaranteed data portability and open-format exports, written into the contract. Everything exports at any time in standard formats, and on exit we hand over documentation and brief whoever takes over.
Can we start with one system and grow?
Yes. Most clients start with one website, one agent or one module, and every build is architected to extend without being rebuilt.
How are access and security enforced?
Row-level security in the database, two-factor sign-in for every staff account, credentials kept in environment configuration rather than code, and an audit trail on every financial change.
Where do you deliver?
From Harare, across Zimbabwe and to international markets. Delivery is remote by default, with on-site training and handover by arrangement.
