Engineering
Full-time, Harare-basedChief Software Engineer
You lead engineering at Silverconne: you set the technical direction for our AI business websites, custom software and agentic AI integrations, organise the team that builds them, and stand in front of clients as the person accountable for what we ship.

Why this role exists
Our clients run their sales, payments and customer service on what we build, and the work now needs one senior engineer who owns the architecture, the standards and the people, rather than spreading those decisions across the team.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Four things to know before you apply.
High ownership from week one. What you ship is in front of real clients within weeks, and you own it through to production.
You support what you build. It is the standard that keeps our architecture simple, observable and reliable.
Clients are reachable. You will sit in scoping sessions and on-site handovers, which sharpens how you engineer.
Go-lives are planned. Client cut-overs happen out of hours on a published schedule, shared across the team.
