Delivery
Full-time, on site with clients most weeksImplementation consultant
You take a signed scope and make it real inside somebody else’s business: configure the system, migrate the data, train the people, and stay until they are using it without you.
Harare, with travel across Zimbabwe
Why this role exists
Our delivery is currently limited by how many implementations two people can run at once, not by how much software we can write.
Product
Full-time, two to three days a week in the officeFull-stack engineer
You build and maintain the systems clients run their businesses on — TypeScript, Postgres, and the unglamorous parts of accounting logic that have to be right every time.

Why this role exists
Two products, a website platform and an assistant are currently maintained by a team small enough that any absence is felt. We need a third pair of hands that can own an area.
WHAT IT IS ACTUALLY LIKE
Four things to know before you apply.
The team is small. What you ship is in front of a real finance office within weeks, and you will hear about it if it is wrong.
You will support what you build. This is a constraint on design, and we think a healthy one.
Clients are local and reachable. You may end up in their office, which changes how you write software.
There is no on-call rota, but there are evening cut-overs when a client goes live. Planned, and shared out.
