CheckERP now queues fiscal submissions instead of blocking the sale
Invoices complete locally and submit in the background, so a connection problem at the counter no longer stops a sale. Rolled out to all CheckERP sites in June.

ASOFT ERP sends fee reminders on WhatsApp
Fee reminders and absence notices now go over WhatsApp as well as SMS, with delivery logged against the pupil. Two schools ran it for a term before it was released.

When a person takes over a WhatsApp conversation, they now arrive with what was asked, what was answered and what is outstanding. Available to all Augustus AI accounts.

A company blog usually fills up with things that matter to the company and not to the client. This page is limited to changes that alter what the software does, so it stays short and stays worth reading. Anything requiring action from a system administrator says so in the first two lines.
How often this updates
Roughly one item a month, which is the honest rate rather than a schedule.
