ERP implementation and custom software.
These are the two things we will not price from a page, and here is the honest reason: the number depends on your data and your process, and we would rather be right than fast.

Most custom projects we deliver land in the middle two bands. If your answer is the first band, a product or a website is probably the better buy and we will tell you so.
ERP licences start at $30 a month. Implementation — configuration, data migration, training — is quoted from your data and your process, and it is the part these bands describe.
What moves the number

PAYMENT
How you pay.
USD is the display and settlement currency. Local rails first, because that is how business is actually done here.
EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks
Through Paynow. You approve the request on your handset; we confirm only when the gateway confirms.
ZIPIT and local card
Through Paynow, on a redirect. Verified server-side before an order changes status.
Bank transfer
Proforma invoice with a reference, for anything above $2,000 and for anyone who asks. Reconciled manually and confirmed by email.
Milestones
Websites are 25% on order, 75% on delivery. Larger projects bill against the milestones in the signed scope.
QUESTIONS
What people ask about the numbers.
Are these prices in USD?
Yes. USD is the display and settlement currency across the site. ZWG payments are accepted at the prevailing rate on the day, agreed in writing before the invoice is issued.
Is VAT included?
Prices shown exclude VAT. Whether VAT applies to your invoice depends on your registration status and the current treatment of software and services, and it is stated on the invoice rather than assumed here.
Do subscription prices go up?
Not inside a contract term. Any change at renewal is put to you in writing at least 60 days before it takes effect, and you may decline and export your data.
Why is the website price fixed but the ERP price is not?
Because a website has a knowable scope and an ERP implementation has your data in it. We can hold a fixed price on the first from a form. On the second we would be guessing, and a guess costs one of us money.
What is not included in the price?
Domain registration, third-party licences you already hold, paid stock media you specifically request, and travel outside Harare for on-site work. Each is quoted before it is incurred.
Can we start small and add later?
Yes. Most clients start with one module or one site and add from there. Nothing in the pricing penalises starting small.
