THE TERMS
The same four things, whichever service you buy.
These are not selling points. They are the terms of the work, and you can hold us to each one.
A written scope
Fixed pricing and fixed dates. You approve the number before work starts, and it does not move because we underestimated.
Weekly demos
You see progress, not status reports. If something is going wrong you hear it in week two, not at handover.
Training in person
Your team, in the room, until they are comfortable. Software nobody can use is not delivered.
A named contact
One person who knows your account, reachable on WhatsApp. Not a ticket queue and not a shared inbox.
WHAT IT COSTS
A number, or what the number depends on.
Where we can hold a fixed price from a form, we publish it. Where we cannot, we publish the range and what moves it, so you are never asked to enquire blind.

QUESTIONS
Before you choose.
Which service do I need?
If you need to be found and contacted, start with a website. If you have a process no product fits, start with scoping. If your problem is that two systems do not talk, that is integration. If you are unsure, book the call and we will tell you which one — including when the answer is none of them.
Can you do all three on one project?
Yes, and it is common. A website that writes enquiries straight into CheckERP is a website job and an integration job. We scope it as one piece of work with one price.
Do you work outside Harare?
Yes. Remote implementation across Zimbabwe, on-site training by arrangement.
Who owns the code and the content?
You do, on final payment, per the contract. You keep your data and your licences. No hostage-taking.
What if we already have a developer?
We work alongside in-house teams regularly. We will hand over documentation and a walkthrough, and we will say plainly which parts we think your team should own.
How do we pay?
EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, ZIPIT, local card or bank transfer, in USD. Websites are 50% on order and 50% on delivery. Larger projects bill against agreed milestones.
