WHAT IS NOT HERE YET
Augustus AI and Asolen AI are documented by us, for now.
Both are configured and maintained by us for every client, so there is no administrator who needs a manual yet. When the first client asks to change their own escalation rules, that is the week these pages get written. Until then, asking is faster than reading would have been.
