Everything Augustus says comes from information you have approved: your price list, your terms and the answers in the library. Edits to the library apply immediately.
Discount authority
Discounting is off by default, and a discount request is an escalation trigger. You can allow Augustus to offer discounts within limits you set.
The kill switch
The kill switch turns Augustus off in under a minute, with no deployment needed. New messages then reach your team directly, as they did before Augustus.
