- Fuel and maintenance capture against each vehicle, feeding a weekly cost report.

- Invoices went out late because time was recorded on paper and chased at month end.

- Time capture on a phone, approval by a manager, invoicing straight from approved time.

- Invoices issued on the 2nd instead of the 15th. Debtor days down by 11.

A horticulture exporter, seasonal workforce
- The problem
- Payments in two currencies were reconciled in a spreadsheet that only one person understood.
- What we built
- CheckERP finance with both currencies on every transaction and the rate that was used.
- The result
- Month-end reconciliation moved from three days to half a day, and two people can do it.

WHY THERE ARE NO LOGOS ON THIS PAGE
Two named clients beat twenty anonymous logos, so we are getting the names properly.
Publishing a client logo without written permission is a way to lose a client. Two are working through their own sign-off now. Until that is done, what you can verify is the shape of the work: the sector, the size of the business, and a result somebody measured. If you want to speak to a reference before you commit, ask on a call — we will arrange it with the client’s agreement.
