A Harare distributor, 40 staff
- The problem
- Stock counts and the ledger disagreed by roughly 8% every month.
- What we built
- SilverOne ERP inventory and finance, matching bank statements to the ledger on its own instead of a person cross-checking them line by line.

- Month-end close went from 11 working days to 3.

A private school, 780 pupils
- The problem
- Fee arrears were discovered at the end of term, when nothing could be done.
- What we built
- ASOFT ERP fees, attendance and parent messaging, flagging an arrear and sending the WhatsApp reminder without a staff member deciding to send it.
- The result
- Arrears identified weekly. Collection up 19% in two terms.

A furniture retailer, 3 branches

- WhatsApp enquiries went unanswered overnight and at weekends.

A transport operator, 60 vehicles
- The problem
- Cost per kilometre could not be produced until fuel invoices were captured, which was the 20th of the following month.
- What we built
- Fuel and maintenance capture against each vehicle, feeding a weekly cost report.

A Harare consultancy, 12 staff
- The problem
- Invoices went out late because time was recorded on paper and chased at month end.
- What we built
- Time capture on a phone, approval by a manager, invoicing straight from approved time.
- The result
- Invoices issued on the 2nd instead of the 15th. Debtor days down by 11.

Agriculture
A horticulture exporter, seasonal workforce
- The problem
- Payments in two currencies were reconciled in a spreadsheet that only one person understood.
- What we built
- SilverOne ERP finance, recording both currencies and the rate used on every transaction as it happens rather than at reconciliation.
- The result
- Month-end reconciliation moved from three days to half a day, and two people can do it.

A secondary school in Mashonaland West, 500+ students
- The problem
- Fees and attendance lived in separate registers, and following up on either meant a staff member doing it by hand.
- What we built
- ASOFT ERP fees, attendance and parent messaging, with arrears flagged and the WhatsApp reminder sent on its own.
- The result
- Fee and attendance records now live in one system that acts on an arrear the same week it appears, instead of at end of term.

A transport operator, 20+ vehicles
- The problem
- A vehicle or driver could only be located by phoning them, and nobody could see the whole fleet at once.
- What we built
- An AI-assisted, real-time tracking system for the fleet and its drivers, built as its own internal system rather than a module of an off-the-shelf package.
- The result
- Dispatch sees every vehicle and driver on one screen, instead of finding out where a vehicle is by phone call.
