Hours, errors or cash. A rough number is fine. It decides whether building anything is worth it, and sometimes the answer is no.

Which of our products fits, what would need building, or which off-the-shelf tool would serve you better even when it is not ours.

Either a scoping session with a written scope, a fixed price and dates, or an honest note that we are not the right people for this.
