Before you pay, the cancellation terms

  • Cancel more than five working days before the session and we refund the full amount.
  • Cancel inside five working days and you can move to any later date at no cost, or take a 50% refund.
  • Send someone else in your place at any time, including on the day. Tell us the name so the materials are right.
  • If we cancel or move a session, you choose a full refund or a later date. Refunds are paid within three business days.

The next step is payment. Seats are held for 24 hours and released after that, so nobody is holding a seat they are not going to use.
