Before you pay, the cancellation terms

  • Cancel more than five working days before the session and we refund the full amount.
  • Cancel inside five working days and you can move to any later date at no cost, or take a 50% refund.
  • Send someone else in your place at any time, including on the day. Tell us the name so the materials are right.
  • If we cancel or move a session, you choose a full refund or a later date. Refunds are paid within three business days.

The next step is payment. Seats are held for 24 hours and released after that, so nobody is holding a seat they are not going to use.

  • Sample data you are permitted to show — anonymised is fine and often better

Comfortable with spreadsheets. No programming required, though you will read some.

Who should not book this

If you have already automated your reporting and want model fine-tuning or evaluation work, this will be too slow for you. Talk to us about a team session instead.
