BUSINESS ERP · HARARE, ZIMBABWE
Know where your business stands, today.
SilverOne ERP puts finance, stock, sales, procurement and HR in one system, so the number you are looking at is the number that is true right now.
The demo runs on your own scenarios, not a canned dataset.

Month-end went from eleven working days to three.
To close a month, down from 11 working days, from the second period after go-live.
We are not naming this client, and there is no quote here, because written permission has not been given yet. The figures are theirs and are unchanged. When the permission arrives, the name and the words will replace this note — not the other way round.
Distribution
A Harare distributor, 40 staff
- Problem
- Stock counts and the ledger disagreed by roughly 8% every month.
- Built

- Result

WHAT IS IN IT
Everything the finance office needs, in one place.
Eight modules, grouped by the part of the business they belong to. You do not have to buy all of them on day one, and most clients do not.
Money
- Finance and accounting
- General ledger, cash books, journals, and a trial balance that ties back to the invoice register without a reconciliation spreadsheet in between.
- Sales and invoicing
- Quotes, orders, ZIMRA-fiscalised invoices, credit notes, customer statements, and an ageing report you can act on rather than admire.
- Multi-currency
- USD and ZWG in the same ledger, with the rate stored against each transaction so last year’s figures do not move when this month’s rate does.
Stock and supply
- Inventory and warehousing
- Quantities and valuation per warehouse, transfers, stock takes, and a variance you can trace to a person, a date and a document.
- Procurement
- Requisitions, purchase orders, goods received notes and supplier invoices matched three ways before anything is paid.
- Fixed assets
- Register, depreciation schedules, revaluations and disposals, kept in step with the ledger instead of in a separate workbook.
People and oversight
- Human resources and payroll
- Employee records, leave, PAYE and NSSA deductions, payslips, and a payment file in the format your bank accepts.
- Reporting and dashboards
- Branch comparisons, margin by product, the board pack figures and the schedules your auditor asks for. Every report exports to Excel.
Available add-ons
- Augustus AI
- Answers WhatsApp enquiries and qualifies leads, day and night.
Each is quoted on the same quote as the system, not billed as a separate subscription.
WHAT IT CONNECTS TO
Built for how business is done here.
This is where most international ERP software stops being useful in Zimbabwe. It handles multi-currency in theory, then cannot read a local bank statement, cannot fiscalise an invoice, and has never heard of EcoCash.
Tax and compliance
ZIMRA-compliant invoicing and returns
- ZIMRA fiscalisation (FDMS)
- VAT returns
- TIN and VAT number capture
- PAYE and NSSA
Money coming in
EcoCash and ZIPIT reconciliation
- Paynow
- EcoCash and OneMoney
- ZIPIT and RTGS
- Cash and card at the counter
Banks and statements
Local bank statement import
- CSV, Excel, OFX and MT940
- PDF statements
- Bank payment files
Data and the systems you already run
Nothing you put in is trapped
- Excel and CSV
- Pastel, Sage and QuickBooks
- Augustus AI
- WhatsApp and email
- Read-only database access
When the line is bad
Works on a slow connection
- Screens built for mobile data
- Queue and forward
- Works on a phone
IMPLEMENTATION
Six to ten weeks, and you know the date before you pay.
The range is data migration. Everything else on this timeline is predictable, and all of it is written into the scope you sign.
WEEK 1
Discover
We sit with the finance office and follow one sale from enquiry to bank. We write down what happens, including the parts that only work because one person remembers them.
WEEKS 2–4
Configure
Chart of accounts, tax codes, warehouses, currencies, approval limits and user roles, set up to match how your business actually signs things off.
WEEKS 4–6
Migrate
Customers, suppliers, stock, the asset register and opening balances brought across and reconciled to your last signed set of accounts.
WEEK 7
Parallel run
You close one full month-end in both systems. If the two do not agree, we fix it before go-live rather than after. This is the week that makes the rest boring.
WEEK 8
Go live and train
Cutover happens outside working hours. Training is in your office, on your own data, with the people who will use it every day.
WEEKS 9–12
Settle
We stay close through the first two month-ends after go-live, because that is when the real questions arrive.
The date and the number are written into the scope you approve before work starts. If we need to change either, you hear it from us in writing with the reason, not at the end.
QUESTIONS
The eight questions a finance director asks.
Is SilverOne ERP ZIMRA compliant?
Yes. Invoices are fiscalised through the FDMS as they are raised, VAT returns are assembled from the ledger in the layout ZIMRA asks for, and PAYE and NSSA are calculated in payroll to the current schedules. When a requirement changes we update the system and tell you what changed and what it means for you.
Where is our data stored?
On managed Postgres infrastructure with daily backups, and we will tell you the exact region in writing before you sign. You can export everything at any time, in a standard format.
How secure is it, and who inside our company can see what?
Access is by role and is enforced in the database rather than in the screens, so a user cannot reach a figure by editing a URL. Every posting, edit and approval writes an audit row with a person, a time and a before-and-after value. Backups run daily and we test a restore, not just the backup job.
We already run Pastel or QuickBooks. Can you bring the history across?
Yes. Chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, stock and opening balances come across as standard, and we reconcile them to your last signed accounts before you approve the migration. Detailed transaction history is a scoping question: sometimes it is worth the money and sometimes an opening balance plus a read-only copy of the old system is the better answer. We will tell you which.
Does it work when the internet is bad?
Yes, and this is designed for rather than hoped for. Screens load as text and numbers before anything decorative. Fiscalisation, email and notifications queue when the line drops and send when it returns, and the queue is visible so nobody has to wonder. Approvals and stock lookups work on a phone on mobile data.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most clients start with one module or one site and add from there.
What happens if we stop working with you?
You keep your data and your licences per the contract. No hostage-taking.
Do you work outside Harare?
Yes. Remote implementation across Zimbabwe, on-site training by arrangement.
